As the best skiing resort in Spain, Sierra Nevada offers sunny days and good snow. The resort has advanced artificial snowmaking machines which combined with the high altitude keep the conditions good. The resort is about 100 miles from Marbella and only 30 miles from Granada.

The resort is perfect for intermediate skiers with the majority being red runs. There are also some black runs for the more experienced, as well as easy blues and greens. Snowboarders are kept entertained by the half pipe and board park with its own lift.

The après ski is plentiful, with typical Spanish nightlife going on well into the early hours. There are also some fantastic restaurants serving world cuisine as well as traditional Spanish dishes. The resort also offers plenty of other activities to keep you entertained, from sleigh rides to relaxing in a sauna, Sierra Nevada has it all.
