We are ABTA and ATOL bonded, giving you peace of mind that your holiday purchase is protected. Other notes :-

  1. This Offer applies to the current price of holidays being offered by tour operators featured by our
  2. This Offer applies only to holidays costing 300 or more per person.
  3. 'Holiday' means the identical holiday package provided in a single booking (i.e. including group or family) by the Tour Operator. It does not include additional ancillary benefits, such as insurance, car hire, or parking etc. offered by the other travel agent. This offer refers to holidays, defined as a package including flights and accommodation for a minimum of 2 nights.
  4. Allocated on arrival holidays are excluded from our price promise.
  5. 'Quote' means a quote for a holiday provided in a single booking for you or your party by a high street travel agent within a 48 hour period of making your enquiry or booking. Travel agents within a multiple travel agency shall be treated as one.
  6. This offer is subject to the verification of the other travel agent's quote. The customer needs to fax in a written quote from the other travel agent on their headed paper dated within 48 hours of your enquiry or booking being made. We reserves the right to contact the travel agent who provided the quote to verify the quote as soon as possible. We will aim to provide the customer with its offer as soon as possible within the same working day. We will only price beat once per booking enquiry.
  7. This offer is subject to the availability of an identical holiday to the one quoted to you by another travel agent at the time of your enquiry or booking.
  8. This Offer is available for one booking per household only.
  9. Customers need to provide Which Holiday Group (part of Midcounties Co-op Travel) with the following information when applying under this Offer:-
    • Details of where the other travel agent's quote was obtained: travel agent name, location and telephone number.
    • Name of the Tour Operator and its relevant brochure
    • The specific holiday details e.g. holiday reference number, dates, journey times, country, resort accommodation
    • The number of people identifying adults and children
    • Price details
    • Any conditions the travel agent's quote

We reserve the right to withdraw the offers at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control. On products other our own packaged product we acts only as agents. The Contract for your holiday will be between yourself and the Tour Operator and subject to the Tour Operator's Terms and Conditions. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer / promotion/ discount.

Honesty

We strive to deliver honesty and fairness to our customers in all parts of our business. With regard to pricing of holidays, breaks, flights and ancillary products we try to ensure that the price shown is inclusive and provides a fair reflection of the price paid. As we act as an agent for other tour operators we can not always guarantee that this is applied by the pricing that they supply, although we do maintain a check on this. However, on our own packaged products we guarantee that the price you see is the price you pay, and we will pay the difference and 50 to any customer who books a holiday and finds that this is not the case. To make any such claim customers must contact our customer service team on the number below, providing full details.

Service

We endeavour to deliver a high level of service in all parts of our business. In respect online enquiries we guarantee to respond to any request either via phone or email within 12 hours of the enquiry being submitted. We will pay 50 to any customer who does not get a response from an online enquiry within the time quoted. 50 to any customer.
